At Midway, we make ordering straightforward and shipping reliable—so you can keep serving great food without interruptions.
How to Order
Shop Online
All Midway Mix products are available through our online store. Orders are processed electronically, and payment is required at checkout.
Account Checkout
Log in or create an account to place an order. An active account is required for all purchases.
Bulk & Wholesale
For orders over 10 cases (or 300 lbs), contact us for assistance. Bulk shipments may qualify for special freight rates, and full-pallet quantities (60 cases) may be eligible for special pricing.
Shipping
Competitive Rates
We partner with FedEx Ground to secure discounted shipping rates, and we pass those savings directly to you. The rate shown at checkout is the lowest available option.
Transit Times
Checkout will display available FedEx services, including expedited options when applicable.
Tracking
Tracking details are added once your order ships. You’ll receive the information by email, and it will also appear in your account order history.
Order Processing
Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 pm Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Business Days
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you promptly to coordinate the shipment of your order.
Packaging & Quality
Food Safety
All products are made and packaged in our FSSC 22000-certified facility, ensuring the highest food safety standards.
Freshness
Each case and each bag are stamped with the date the product was manufactured. We rotate stock continually to offer the longest shelf life possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Contiguous U.S
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous states. If you need to ship outside this area, contact us to review available options.
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Rates & Fees
Calculated at Checkout
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, destination, and service level. All charges appear during checkout.
Freight
Freight charges display at checkout. If you need a different shipping method, contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Damages
Damaged in Transit
If any packages arrive damaged, notify us immediately. Please provide photos showing the damage and the shipping label with the tracking number. Once received, we’ll work with you to replace the affected items.
Order Issues
For any concerns regarding product type, quantity, or other discrepancies, contact us and we’ll assist right away.
Food Products
We cannot accept returns on food items.
Additional Support
Foodservice Only
All Midway Mix products are packaged and sold exclusively to businesses. We are not able to sell directly to consumers.
Distributor Availability
Some distributors may offer Midway products. If you prefer purchasing through a local distributor, have them contact us—we welcome new distributor partnerships.
