About Corn Dog Batter Mix
Serve up classic corn dogs with our easy, add-water-only Corn Dog Batter Mix. Made for high-traffic events and concession stands, this mix creates a perfectly smooth, golden coating that complements any hot dog or sausage. With a light sweetness and satisfying crunch, this batter turns every corn dog into a fairground favorite.
No need for extra ingredients—simply mix with water, dip, and fry for consistently delicious results every time!
Preparation Instructions:
Small Batch: 1lb mix + 1 1/2 cups cool water
Large Batch: 5lb mix + 7 1/2 cups cool water
1. Add water to mix and whip with a wire whip or a spoon until smooth.
2. Insert skewers into wieners leaving 2 inches extended.
3. Dip wiener into batter and roll until completely covered. Remove and allow excess batter to drain off for 1-2 seconds.
4. Place wiener in heated oil (350°F-375°F). Support skewer until batter is set, then allow to float until the wiener is golden brown. Approximately 3 minutes.
Servings:
5 lbs of mix will produce approximately 65 corn dogs
