Preparation Instructions:
Small Batch: 2 1/2 lb (45 oz) mix + 1 7/8 cold water
Large Batch: 5 lb mix + 3 3/4 cups cold water
Fry at 375°F until golden brown
Servings:
Each 30lb case yields approximately 185 churros.
