Preparation Instructions:
Small Batch: 1 lb mix + 8 – 9 oz cold water
Large Batch: 5 lb mix + 5 – 5 2/3 cups cold water
1. Mix using a wire whip until smooth, or an electric mixer on low speed just until smooth. For optimum baking performance, only prepare enough batter mix for one days use.
2. Batter should not be remixed after this point. Store any portion to be used later in refrigeration immediately. It is not advisable to keep batter in refrigeration longer than a few hours.
3. Ladle one full 6 ounce ladle evenly on the waffle grid. Allow batter to spread to the edges for just a few seconds.
4. Close the lid, and flip the grid to the inverted position.
5. Bake for 3 1/2 – 4 minutes. Return grid to upright position. Remove waffle.
NOTE: Handling instructions may vary depending upon individual shop conditions. Some batter may spurt out of the waffle iron. This is acceptable and may be desirable as it will insure a full grid waffle with no gaps. If the batter does not spread all the way to the edges pour the batter in a slightly wider circle on the surface. Optimum consistency will be obtained by weighing the mix when using less than a full bag.
Servings:
Each 30lb case yields approximately 150 waffles when using a 6 0z ladle.

Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, and Containing Malted Barley Flour), Sugar, Soybean Oil, Malt (Corn Syrup Solids, Barley Malt Extract, and Silicone Dioxide (Blending Aid)), Buttermilk, Wheat Protein Isolate, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Artificial Flavor (Containing Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Butter, and Buttermilk), Soy Lecithin, Egg Whites, and Artificial Color (FD&C Yellow #5).

Approximately 9 months from the date of manufacture. The production date is printed on the master case and each individual bag.
