Crafted for busy concession stands and high-volume events, this mix produces light, fluffy pancakes with a beautiful golden finish every time. No need for eggs, milk, or extra ingredients—simply add water, mix, and pour.

Preparation Instructions:
Small Batch: 1 lb mix + 2 1/4 cups water
Large Batch: 5 lb mix + 11 1/4 cups water
(Generally 1 pound of dry mix equals 3 cups by volume.)
- Place water and mix in bowl. Mix at low speed until large lumps disappear, or by hand until batter is smooth. Do Not over mix or continue to stir after batter is developed.
- Bake on preheated (375F-400F) griddle. Turn when edges start to dry.
- Refrigerate batter when not in use.
Servings:
5 lbs of mix will produce approximately 80-90 pancakes that are 4 1/2 inches in diameter

Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Corn Flour, Sugar, Rye Flour, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Vegetable Shortening (Palm and Soybean Oils), Soy Flour, Salt, Whey, Buttermilk, Whole Egg, and Maltodextrin.

Wheat, Soy, Milk, and Egg
Shelf Life:
Approximately 9 months from the date of manufacture. The production date is printed on the master case and each individual bag.
