Preparation Instructions:
Small Batch: 1 lb mix + 13 oz water
Large Batch: 5 lb mix + 8 cups water
(Generally 1 pound of dry mix equals 3 cups by volume.)
1. Combine mix and water and whisk. Do not overmix.
2. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 minute per side. Time and temperature may vary.
Servings:
5 lbs of mix will produce approximately 40 pancakes

Approximately 9 months from the date of manufacture. The production date is printed on the master case and each individual bag.
