Perfect for chicken, seafood, vegetables, and more, this versatile breading gives each bite a deliciously crispy, golden finish.

This product may also be used as a filler for meat loaf, croquettes, etc.
Preparation Instructions:
Note: Make sure frozen foods are completely free of ice before use.
1. Dip each piece of product into water, egg, milk, or pre-dip batter. Allow pieces to drain slightly. Batter-dipped pieces will have a crunchier, thicker coating.
2. Coat each portion with the Breading Mix. For a thicker crust, repeat the process. Allow portions to stand 30 – 60 seconds before frying.
3. Fry at 350°F – 375°F.

Shrimp, Scallops, Oysters …………2 1/2 – 3 minutes
Fish Portions …………………………….. 4 – 5 minutes
Chicken Pieces ………………………….. 5 – 8 minutes

One pound of Breading Mix will coat approximately 10 -11 lbs of product
