Unlike many gluten-free products, this cone is crafted to taste incredible on its own—it doesn’t “taste” gluten free. With the perfect crisp texture and satisfying crunch customers expect, it performs just like a traditional waffle cone while expanding your menu to serve more guests with confidence.

Preparation Instructions:
Small Batch:
- 1 lb dry mix
- 7 oz cool water
Large Batch:
- 5 lbs dry mix
- 35 oz cool water
- Combine mix and water into mixing bowl.
- Using a whisk, stir until a smooth batter is achieved,
- Ladle the batter onto the grid of the baking machine, and close.
- Bake 50-60 seconds, or until desired crispness and color levels are achieved.
Recommended bake times:
If using 8 oz. water, bake for 50-55 seconds.
If using 9 oz. water, bake for 55-60 seconds.
NOTE: Handling instructions may vary depending upon individual shop conditions. In periods of high humidity it may be necessary to bake for a few seconds longer. No additives are used to ensure crispness. To maximize crispness, cool completely and store in an airtight container. Optimum consistency will be obtained by weighing the mix when using less than a full bag. Store sealed dry mix in a cool dry location.
Servings:
Each 30lb case yields approximately 330 cones using a 1.5 0z ladle.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Oat Flour, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Artificial Flavors (including Vanilla), Corn Flower, Soybean Oil, Spices (including Cinnamon), Salt, and Zanthan Gum.
Allergens: None.
Shelf Life:
Approximately 12 months from the date of manufacture. The best by date is stamped on the master case and each individual bag.
